Step 1: PLAN

This is the fun part. Tell us your guest count, event location, and date. Browse our products online or in the showroom to decide on tents, tables, lighting, and decor. We will collaborate with you to build a quote that fits your style and budget.

Step 2: FINALIZE

Once you are happy with the plan, you’ll review the quote, sign it, and pay a 50% deposit to lock in your items. Don’t worry if your guest count changes slightly—you can still make adjustments after placing the order! We will touch base about 14 days before the big day to review the final order and schedule your delivery and installation.

Step 3: ENJOY!

On the week of your wedding, our professional team arrives to deliver and install your tent and rentals. We handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on getting married.
